SORSYE

Delete your place

Sorsye, on the web and in the Sorsye app for Android, offered by Astorva Holdings Ltd, Seychelles.

Your place is your Sorsye account: the email and passphrase you made it with, and everything kept in it. You can delete it whenever you wish, yourself, or by writing to us.

1. Delete it yourself, at once

This works the same on sorsye.com and in the Sorsye app.

  1. Open Sorsye and sign in to your place.
  2. Tap the gear at the top to open Settings.
  3. Under Your place, tap delete my place and everything in it.
  4. Type your passphrase, so we know it is you, and tap Yes, delete my place.

It is done at once, and a last letter to your email confirms it. There is no undo.

2. Or ask us

If you cannot sign in, or would rather we did it, write to support@sorsye.com from the email of your place and say you want your place deleted. We answer within thirty days and tell you when it is done.

3. What is deleted

Your email address, your passphrase's hash, your name, your birth details and your partner's, your chart preferences, your journal, the readings your place holds, your sign-in sessions, the questions you asked about your chart, the record of the letters we sent you, and any notes you wrote to the house.

4. What is kept, and for how long

5. Only on this phone

Sorsye also keeps a copy of your chart, your partner and your journal on your own device. To clear it, open Settings and tap forget everything Sorsye keeps on this device. If you never made a place, this is all there is to delete.
